			By 1913 a Mr Burrows is operating the St Georges Hall in Camborne, and that year forms a company called West of England Cinemas Ltd for the purpose of taking over and running other cinemas in Cornwall. The Electric cinema in Camborne at the Public Rooms is run by Burrows' West of England Cinemas Ltd by 1915.  Mr Burrows is also operating the Picturedrome cinemas in Hayle   and St Ives at this time and by World War I has taken over the Picturedrome at St Austell.
